What's the difference between a freezer and a cold storage? For an ordinary freezer, the requirements for the temperature in the warehouse are relatively not so strict. It only needs to ensure that the temperature in the warehouse is about minus 18 ℃ all year round; Ordinary freezers are mainly used to help people store poultry meat, eggs, ice cream, cold drinks and other types of items with low requirements for ambient temperature. These items can be stored in the freezer to ensure that the quality of products is not damaged, so as to improve the preservation cycle of items and give full play to better economic benefits. The quick-frozen cold storage is different. The requirements for temperature and humidity in the cold storage will be more strict. It must ensure that the temperature in the cold storage is kept below minus 30 ℃ for a long time, which can ensure that all items can be cooled quickly in a short time during storage in the cold storage, so that the items that need to be stored in the cold storage can be frozen instantly, It avoids the damage and change of the quality of the goods. Compared with ordinary freezers, a remarkable feature of quick-frozen freezers is that the cooling speed is faster. The cooling speed of most quick-frozen freezers is about 10 to 20 times that of ordinary freezers; The articles frozen in the quick-frozen cold storage can have a long preservation cycle.
1) civil small cold storage: it is a kind of cold storage built more at present, and can be built in single-layer or multi-layer form. The main body of the building is generally reinforced concrete frame structure or brick concrete structure. The enclosure structure of civil cold storage is a heavy structure with large thermal inertia. The diurnal fluctuation of outdoor air temperature and the diurnal temperature fluctuation caused by solar radiation on the outer surface of the enclosure structure attenuate greatly in the enclosure structure. Therefore, the temperature fluctuation on the inner surface of the enclosure structure is small and the storage temperature is easy to be stable.
2) small cold storage in the cave: this kind of cold storage is generally built in the rock stratum with hard stone and good integrity. The inner side of the cave body is generally lined or sprayed with anchor. The rock stratum coverage thickness of the cave body is generally not less than 20rn.
3) soil covered small cold storage: it is also called soil cave small cold storage. The cave body is mostly arched structure, either in the form of single arch or continuous arch. Generally, it is masonry, and the Loess covering layer with a certain thickness is used as the thermal insulation layer. As a low-temperature soil covered cold storage, the foundation of the tunnel body shall be located on the sand and stone layer or bedrock that is not easy to frost heave. Because it has the advantages of adjusting measures to local conditions, simple cold storage construction, low cost and durability, it has been greatly developed in Northwest China.
4) fabricated small cold storage: this kind of cold storage is mostly in the form of single layer, the storage plate is the assembly structure of light prefabricated heat insulation plate with steel frame, and its bearing components are mostly made of thin-walled steel. The inner and outer panels of the storeboard are made of coloured steel sheets (the substrate is galvanized steel sheet), and the core material of the storeboard is foamed rigid polyurethane or sticker polystyrene foam board. Since all components except the ground are prefabricated in complete sets in professional factories and assembled on site according to unified standards, the construction progress is fast and the construction period is short.
